 …………The very first troubleshooting technique that we’ll try is checking to see that you have tried all of the obvious “fixes” that you can perform yourself.  We’ll make sure that you have checked for a tripped circuit breaker, tried to properly re-set it, checked for a tripped ground fault interrupter (GFI/GFCI) or arc fault interrupter (AFCI).  We’ll do our level best to fix your problem over the phone but if that doesn’t work we’ll dispatch one of our electricians in a fully stocked truck.  The electrician will start his/her troubleshooting process by asking a series of questions, looking for clues that will narrow down the search for the problem.  All of our technicians are licensed by the State of Oregon and have undergone a full background check and drug testing.  Your invoice will be completely itemized and easy to read so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for.
