When I was asked if I could write a few words about Reynolds Electric, my only thought was that I would be more than glad to do so.  Property Management Concepts was unveiled November 23, 1989.  It was my hope to be a different type of rental management company that relied on independent contractors for our repair needs.  That idea still holds true today!  With over 1100 units under our management, and steady growth over the last five years, we believe that it works.   Much of this success has been because of the stable core base of many of our contractors.  I would include Reynolds Electric as a key player in our ability to succeed in this ever changing environment.  The economy today relies on our due diligence in reviewing every step we make.  It is vital for me to work with companies and contractors that bring a set of skills to every project that we are involved with. A set of skills that not only includes knowledge of the required need, but also the vision to look beyond the basics for a cleaner more efficient cost effective way to reach the end  goal.  Last and most important, a business integrity that I can count on.  Reynolds Electric is that type of company.  Reynolds Electric has been very open to my questions and ideas and has shown a willingness to look at projects from a user prospective.  It has been my pleasure to work alongside Reynolds Electric on several projects over the last few years.  This relationship has been an asset to our position in the market place and I hope to see it continue.
